Yoga was something I was curious about, but did not know where to start. I took a beginner yoga and meditation class series with Autumn and was very impressed. She showed up and prepared based on our consultation call, ready to teach me in a way that resonated with my experiences. Autumn took all of my nerves away by being clear with directions, and meeting me at my level. Even over zoom she made the course very interactive and engaging. You can tell she has a clear passion for teaching and wants her students to be the best they can be! I would highly suggest taking the leap into yoga if you are even the slightest curious. It has changed how my body feels and improved my mental and emotional health. I highly recommend having Autumn guide you on this path!

Autumn NeSmithYoga has changed Autumn’s life profoundly, and she desires to share the benefits with active adults over 50. She sees this group of people being underserved in yoga classes and techniques that are made specifically for them, and is set on changing that.
Autumn has been practicing and teaching since 2007, and she's discovered over the years that yoga is not only exercise for the body, but also helps calm the mind. The more she practiced, the stronger, more mobile and focused she became in the weight room. This carried over to feeling better as she moved in daily activities, and her ability to reduce stress and have greater emotional wellbeing. Proper alignment and equalizing both the strength and length in postures are key features in her class. With a degree in Exercise Science, Autumn understands the western approach to fitness. After acquiring 790 combined hours in yoga certifications including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Rocket and Sculpt styles of yoga, she is now able to combine eastern philosophy to health and wellness for a comprehensive approach. Autumn is a Colorado native who is passionate about her family, nutrition, and living in accordance with yogic principles. Her life's purpose is to share health and wellness with the 50+ community, and empower them to become the best versions of themselves. |

She dived into our session headfirst, putting a lot of thought as to what techniques she wanted to teach me to help with my specific health needs.
